Scott Mendelsohn, Esq.

Chief Operating Officer

Scott began his career in public service as a New York City prosecutor and went on to become a founding member of the Real Estate Enforcement Unit at the New York State Attorney General’s Office. Following his government service, Scott handled complex litigation in both State and Federal courts and managed title insurance claims for a national underwriter.

Prior to his time at Langdon Title, Scott served as General Counsel for a high-volume title agency, where he oversaw legal, compliance, and operational matters in a fast-paced environment. At Langdon Title, he is focused on driving efficiency, fostering collaboration across departments, and delivering a seamless experience for clients and partners throughout the real estate transaction process.
