Jonathan Heimowitz, Esq.

Managing Principal and Co-Founder

Prior to founding Langdon Title, Jonathan was underwriting counsel at one of the largest title agencies in New York, where he worked on both residential and commercial transactions. Jonathan managed and developed high-liability commercial transactions, including the refinance of 99 John Street and the sale of the Lipstick Building. Prior to that, Jonathan was lead clearance counsel at a Long Island-based title agency, where he supervised the clearance department for both commercial and residential transactions.

Jonathan lectures on title-related matters at New York-based institutions such as Brooklyn Law School, the New York City Bar Association, and numerous real estate brokerages across the Tri-State area.

Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and New York Law School. He lives in Westchester with his wife and three children.
