Jonathan Heimowitz is the Co-Founder and Co-Managing Principal of Langdon Title, bringing over 20 years of experience in the title industry. Prior to founding Langdon Title, Jonathan worked as lead counsel at one of the largest title companies in New York working with some of the premier commercial lenders, attorneys, and operators in the real estate sector. Since founding Langdon Title, he has helped grow it into one of the most respected independent agencies in the country, recognized for its national reach, innovative operations, and trusted service to leading real estate companies.
Jonathan lectures on title-related matters at New York-based institutions such as Brooklyn Law School, the New York City Bar Association, and numerous real estate brokerages across the Tri-State area.
Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and New York Law School. He lives in Westchester with his wife and three children.
