Jeff Fells

Jeff’s clients include top owners, operators, developers, investors, private equity groups, family offices, and attorneys that specialize in commercial and high-end residential transactions nationally.  Jeff’s passion for developing relationships and connecting clients through his vast network and professional/charitable affiliations has helped establish him as a trusted partner and resource.

Prior to joining Langdon Title, Jeff was Vice President, Business Development at Kensington Vanguard National Land Services and Director of Business Development for Spector Group Architects where he successfully built and expanded their businesses while closing high level real estate transactions.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Arizona. He is co-president of the Metro Cats Business Network (MCBN), active with New York City Israel Bonds Real Estate Division, UJA-REX Division, and most importantly to him, an active philanthropic member of the Cohen’s Children’s Circle and is Chair of Selfhelp Community Services annual Golf Classic.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys golfing, skiing, live music, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with his family. Fells resides in NY with his wife Jessica and their two beautiful daughters.
