Jeff Fells

Partner

Jeff Fells is a Partner at Langdon Title and a top-producing senior title insurance executive known for executing and insuring some of the most complex, high-value real estate transactions in the country. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has insured billions of dollars in title policies annually across asset classes, geographies, and up and down the capital stack.

Jeff works with leading owners, developers, investors, private equity firms, family offices, and attorneys on commercial and high-end residential transactions nationwide. Clients rely on him for speed, certainty, and high-level problem solving. Beyond transactions, Jeff is a connector and power networker whose relationships consistently drive opportunity and value.

A committed philanthropist, Jeff founded and serves as Chair of the Selfhelp Fall Classic, which has raised millions of dollars in support of Selfhelp Community Services. The annual Golf event brings together hundreds of real estate professionals and benefits Selfhelp’s Holocaust Survivor Programs and Affordable Senior Housing throughout New York City and Long Island.

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arizona and serves as Co-President of the Metro Cats Business Network. He is active with NYC Israel Bonds’ Real Estate Division, UJA-REX, and Cohen’s Children’s Circle.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys golfing, skiing, live music, traveling, and most importantly, spending time with his family. He resides in NY with his wife Jessica and their two beautiful daughters.
