Brenda Posner

Executive Director of Sales

She has dual roles as the Executive Director of Sales and Title Closer for Langdon Title, which uniquely positions her to oversee transactions from initial order to closing.

She has extensive experience in handling every type of transaction ranging from large commercial transactions to residential closings. Additionally, through her tenure in the field, she has built a solid network of real estate attorneys, lenders, and real estate investors. She continues to expand her brand and offerings through the organization of continuing education classes for the real estate field.

Prior to joining Langdon Title, Brenda was a Director of Business Development for another Title Insurance Company and had been a freelance Title Closer for over 25 years.

Brenda lectures on title insurance and real estate closing matters through her continuing education classes and at brokerages in the New York City area.

Brenda is a graduate of Boston University. She and her husband reside in Long Island and have two wonderful grown sons.
