Berto is a rising star and has become one of the industry’s top producers nationwide. He works to create opportunities for all his business partners which has developed strong relationships with many of New York’s top real estate developers, brokers, attorneys and lenders. Before joining Langdon Title, Berto was a real estate agent for a residential brokerage and a producing branch manager of a mortgage company where he achieved Rookie of the Year, Diamond Club Member status and was ranked Top 10 out of 75,000 executives. He is also an experienced real estate investor, multifamily landlord and Airbnb Superhost of multiple listings. Berto was born in Lima, Peru and grew up in the suburbs north of Boston where he received a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology from Northeastern University. Berto now lives in Brooklyn with his wife Alyssa and his baby girl Violet. He enjoys all aspects of self-development, fitness and exercise, guitar and singing, and travel, including his 5th Burning Man in 2022.
